Where can I shop at LUMINORD?

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Free Shipping: All orders within Germany qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order value.
  • Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day, which may add one extra day to delivery.
  • Processing Time: 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order is handed to our shipping partner.
  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: approximately 4–7 business days.

Can I change my delivery address or order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange an item?

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
  • Condition: Please return items in their original packaging where possible. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.
  • Easy Returns: Returning an item is simple, and our customer support team is happy to help every step of the way.

Lost, Wrong, or Damaged Delivery

What should I do if items are missing or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 7 days) with your order number, a short description, and photos. We'll take care of a replacement or refund right away.

Additional Questions

I received a shipping confirmation, but my package hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?
Track your package using the tracking number from your confirmation email. If it hasn't arrived a few days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll help sort it out.
