1. Accepted Payment Methods

At LUMINORD, we offer secure payment options at checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed in Euro (EUR).

2. Payment Processing

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Orders are only processed or shipped once payment has been successfully received.
No order confirmation is issued for failed or declined payments.

3. Prices & Currency

All prices on LUMINORD are listed in Euro (EUR) and include the statutory German value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
The price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order. Price changes only affect future orders.

4. Secure Payment Processing

LUMINORD uses SSL encryption and works with trusted payment providers to protect your transactions as securely as possible.
We do not store credit card details or other payment information.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. Please contact us first at support@luminord.shop if you have any issues.

6. Fraud Prevention

LUMINORD reserves the right to cancel or temporarily hold orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.
Additional identity verification may be required for orders of high value.
